Mary Ann is an internationally recognized consultant, speaker, facilitator, and executive coach who has been helping clients for over thirty years to clarify their vision, expand their leadership capacity, communicate authentically, and achieve extraordinary results.

Her passion is to increase the success and well-being of organizations by elevating the conversation and tapping the unique resources of leaders and teams to create (organic) organizational momentum.

Mary Ann’s extensive skill set includes the Harvard Law School’s research and best practices in ‘Negotiation and Difficult Conversations’ and integrates the most cutting edge research and applications from neuroscience in communication and leadership development.

Ms. Somerville is an expert in the design and facilitation of interactive learning initiatives and educational programs that she has used to help companies and non-profit organizations worldwide.

As a consultant with Triad Consulting Group for over eight years, she conducted courses and developed programs for a variety of Fortune 1000 companies throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

In 2018 she served as a Director of Peer Group Facilitator Development for Judith Glaser’s Conversational Intelligence Certification Program, designing curriculum and training executive coaches from across the globe.

In 2019 she designed and facilitated the Thrive Global Executive Coach Certification program, training and certifying a select group of international executive coaches. This program includes the best research and strategies from neuroscience to help executives reduce stress and create highperformance cultures of well-being … organizations that “thrive”.

She is currently developing the Thrive Global Leadership and Personal Coaching Program and working with a select group of professional coaches to deliver this initiative.

For the past thirty years, Mary Ann has also served with Insight Seminars, an international non-profit organization that helps people improve the quality of their lives through connecting with the intuition of their hearts.

Currently she is a curriculum consultant, seminar designer and Master facilitator with Insight, training facilitators and facilitating seminars worldwide. Her most recent projects include the design and facilitation of the Insight Masters Class and Facilitating from the Heart, an 8-week professional development program.

Mary Ann holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Masters in Spiritual Science and a Master Coaching Certificate from the Behavioral Coaching Institute, ICC. She is also certified in Conversational Intelligence, the neuroscience of communication, Heart Math, NLP and is a Thrive Global Executive Coach.
